The Fourth Alchymical Mystery: The Heart In Hand

All of the Alchemical Mysteries are one. In the language of Young Tradition, we often see Mary Magdalene and Jesus, but this same language can be Krishna and Radha. Indeed, the sexes can be switched. It does not matter. Adonis and Venus, possibly, in ancient times when people remembered the true Adonis and Venus before the silly stories we know now. The Alchemical Mystery is not the mystery of Resurrection only, but of transformation through union. The mundane beloved transformed by union with the Celestial and eternal lover. The alchemical mystery is the transformation of worshipper and worshiped into lover and the beloved and the transformation of both into Oneness. The Alchemical lesson, is the conual lesson of that oneness, the growing deeper and deeper into true union. Hence why, in Hinduism, it is not Krishna and Radha who are revered, but Radhakrishna.

The Heart in the Hand is also the Hand of Apotheosis or the Hand of Mystery, and we could go on about that later, but the Heart and Hand is that mystery simplified. The Hand of Mystery shoes the steps taken in moving toward unity, the Heart in Hand is the Unity. The Heart is Magdalene in the Hand of Christ, or vice versa. It is the two made one, and the hand of power by way of being the hand of love. Our actions, the works of our hands, must be motivated by the divine love. What we do must not be contrary to what we know is divine and gracious. May we never be of double mind. May we always move with our heart in our hands.
